James is the President and lead Service Technician at Carroll Foodservice Repairs, with over 42 years of expertise in commercial kitchen equipment repair. After graduating high school in 1985, he began his career under the guidance of a former 22-year Hobart Corporation service manager in Asheville, NC, mastering Hobart gray-line equipment, gas appliances, electrical systems, parts procurement, and unwavering business ethics. Guided by the motto “Don’t work for the money; take care of your customers and the money will come,” James delivers exceptional service on every call and runs an honest, trustworthy company he’s proud to lead.

An avid restorer of classic Volkswagens and caretaker of his small farm in Conway, James looks forward to serving you with integrity and skill.

Andrea Carroll

Office Manager

Andrea is the Office Manager at our company, where she plays a pivotal role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. With 16 years of experience in administrative and operational management, Andrea handles a diverse range of responsibilities, including invoicing, accounting, payroll, human resources, sourcing parts, and placing orders. Her multitasking expertise and attention to detail ensure that every aspect of the business—from financial accuracy to team support—runs seamlessly, allowing the rest of the team to focus on what they do best.

Chara

Administrative Assistant

Chara has been with the company since August of 2025. She has been an administrative assistant for over 5 years and enjoys the ability to speak with different people with different problems to solve on a daily basis. She prides herself on her people skills, both over the phone and in person. Chara has been in the Myrtle Beach area for 6 years and enjoys living near her husband’s family. In her spare time, Chara enjoys camping, swimming, and attending renaissance fairs. Chara looks forward to the opportunity to assist more commercial customers on their repair needs.

He began his career in residential appliance repair before transitioning to commercial kitchen equipment, where he now brings deep expertise and reliability to every job. Known for his calm demeanor and genuine care, Adam approaches each service call with patience and a true

With a culinary degree and prior restaurant background, he expertly repairs ovens, exhaust hoods, fryers, and more, always committed to getting it right—no excuses, just solutions. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he communicates effectively with diverse teams and clients.
